If you’re going to make a Multi-Touch Table, then you can not overlook some of the software options. Right now it’s a nubile arena, and there are various projects that are beginning to take shape on the software landscape. I have to figure out which one is the best for my thesis project.
Here is a list of relevant software frameworks. They are solutions for tracking finger movement and have a output method that other programs can implement.
- TouchLib
- Reactivision (Fiducial Tracking)
There are also a series of Visual Programing enviroments that I will probalby use to pickup the output, and hopefully do something interesting with.
